These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by YES Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", "us") related to study abroad guidance and consultation. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.Scope of Services

YES Solutions provides academic consultation services, including:

Guidance for university admission essays (SOPs, personal statements, etc mentioned in service options in website)

Application assistance (university selection, deadlines, etc)

Scholarship and financial aid essay support

PHD research proposal review.

All services are based on editing and advising, not full ghostwriting. Students must provide an initial draft.

Essay Customization Policy – YES Solutions

We offer professional essay and SOP (Statement of Purpose) customization services to help students present their profile effectively to universities.

Payment Terms:

Full upfront payment is required before the essay editing/customization process begins.

Delivery Timeline:

For essays with a word count of 1,000 words or less:

• Delivery will be completed within 10 working days from the date of payment.

For essays with a word count above 2,000 words:

• Turnaround time will be based on our existing editorial queue.
• Clients are encouraged to email us directly to get a tentative delivery date before confirming the order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to engage in our services. Services are open to students of all nationalities.

3. Consultation Bookings & Payments

Consultations must be booked in advance through our platform or a YES Solutions representative.

• Full payment is required prior to service delivery.
• Payments can be made via secure online gateways, bank transfer, or other UAE-approved methods.

Fees are nonrefundable once paid

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the consultation are eligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be granted for change of mind, missed sessions, or late submissions from the student’s end.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by YES Solutions is for educational and advisory purposes only. We do not claim ownership of student essays. Any templates or tips shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of YES Solutions and may not be redistributed or resold.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantee

While YES Solutions offers expert advice and support, we do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approvals. Final decisions lie solely with universities, embassies, and official institutions.

7. Data Privacy

We comply with UAE Data Protection laws and global standards (such as GDPR) regarding personal information. Any personal data shared (e.g., academic records, contact information) is used solely for consultation and application purposes.We will never share, sell, or misuse your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

YES Solutions is not liable for any losses, delays, or rejections resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client, missed deadlines, or changes made by third-party institutions.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the UAE Courts, unless otherwise agreed.
